3. Description of Service
140 Brain Challenges offers 140 puzzle flip-cards for entertainment and mental training, provided free of charge. Optional registration and a text assistant are also available.
4. Accounts
Registration is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must provide a valid email address. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
5. The Assistant
The assistant produces automatically generated answers that may contain errors and is not professional advice. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or to circumvent service restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including puzzle designs, illustrations, text, and the overall visual style of 140 Brain Challenges, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. A number of puzzles are based on well-known classic motifs that are in the public domain; what we protect are our specific wording, illustrations, and presentation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this application without express written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use 140 Brain Challenges for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application. You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from the application.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Portugal. For consumers resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
